The store's theme has been updated to match the look and feel of the provided mockups.
The homepage content has been added and styled based on the provided mockup (SwagShopMock). To update the content of this section, please go the Pages section in the admin dashboard, click the edit button under the Actions tab for the "Home" page, update the content, and click the Save and Publish buttons to save the changes. Please check out this KB article to learn more about the Page Builder.
The section for the logo + "The Memorial Experience" verbiage and "Departmental Branding Solutions" verbiage + logo image, has been added above the footer section of the home, hospital and category pages. To update the contents of this section, please go to the Store Design page under the Design tab in the admin dashboard, open Custom Content, open particular custom content, update the content, and click the "Save" button on the right hand corner to save the changes. A screenshot for these steps has been attached for your reference.
The Category Page has been updated so that if the category has second tier categories, the page will display the banner images of its sub categories that are linked to their corresponding pages.

The example banner images for all categories have been created and uploaded to give you an idea which images are being used on the hospital and category pages.

The following changes have been implemented in the Store as of April 18, 2024 (#8491):

The "The Memorial Experience" and "Pyra" category box links on the "View Memorial Healthcare Systems" category page have been updated to open in a new tab.
The category banner has been removed from the subcategory pages under the "Memorial Healthcare Systems" category.

The 'Fundraising Shops' categories have been deactivated.
The 'Fundraising Shops' page has been created. On this page, 12 clickable image boxes (4 boxes per row) have been created which when clicked, will open the assigned link in a new tab. To update the image or link of each box, you can edit the 'Fundraising Shops' page in the Pages section of the admin dashboard, click the box that you would like to update, update the image or link, click the "Save" button in the lower right corner, and click the "Publish" button to apply the changes to the live page.
The 'Fundraising Shops' page has been updated to be the first link in the header navigation section.

The following changes have been applied to the store: [#8491](May 3, 2024)

The category dropdowns have been hidden from the category navigation. With this update, the caret (arrow down) icon has been removed from each of the categories that have sub categories.
The category navigation has been updated so that when a category link is clicked, the user will be sent to the category page to show its sub categories instead of opening a dropdown.
The section for the logo + "The Memorial Experience" verbiage and "Departmental Branding Solutions" verbiage + logo image, has been removed from the category pages.
The category pages have been updated so that when the category has sub categories, the number of image tiles to be shown is 4 tiles per row.

The category page for "Joe DiMaggio Children's" category has been updated to show the sub category thumbnails instead of the products.
The category pages have been updated so that when the category has sub categories, the page will show the thumbnails asynchronously for faster loading. As previously mentioned, this update will load the sub categories depending on which one finished loading first and not based on how these were arranged in "Products & Categories > Categories" page in the admin dashboard.
The loading animation on the category pages have been removed.

The category links have been hidden from the header section.
The links for the images on the home page section have been updated so that when you click the image, the assigned link will be opened in a new tab.

The Custom Content 1 and 2 have been move below the 3 sections for "SHIPPING INFORMATION", "CUSTOMER SUPPORT", and "RETURNS & EXCHANGES".
The spacing between the 3 sections for "SHIPPING INFORMATION", "CUSTOMER SUPPORT", and "RETURNS & EXCHANGES" has been updated.
On mobile, the spacing between the elements on the home page has been updated.

The discount banner has been removed from the product thumbnails.
The sub category dropdowns have been added to the header section.

The links for the main categories have been added in the footer section.

The following updates have been implemented in the store: [#9311] (Nov 22, 2024)

1. **BEST SELLERS** has been replaced with **MHS Hospitals**.

2. **MHS Brand** has been moved to Content Box 1, and **MHS Hospitals** has been moved to Content Box 2.

The following updates have been implemented in the store: [#9311] (Dec 4, 2024)

1. The "View MHS Departments" and "View JDCH Departments" options have been removed from the category navigation dropdown.

2. The "Related Products" section on product pages has been removed.

3. The verbiage that reads:

"IMPORTANT NOTICE Due to the customized nature of our products..." has been added to the checkout page.

4. The verbiage that reads:

"FUNDRAISING STORE NOTICE

Our fundraising stores are designed to support specific causes..." has been added to the Fundraising Stores page.

5. The FAQ page has been created, and the contents provided from the attached file have been added.

We've already implemented the pop-up message on the storefront and configured it to display only once per browser session. If a visitor closes their browser and returns later, the pop-up will appear again as a new session begins.

In addition, we've added the same message as a banner on the homepage above the category boxes, providing customers with another way to view the information without relying solely on the pop-up.[#11159 June 25 2026]
